A heady scoring guard who uses footwork to create separation before pulling. He has strong control with one-leg hop-backs to reset rhythm for mid-range shots. Defensively, he shows toughness on ball-screen tags and fights through low-post help to contain stagger actions. He’s quick to re-establish guard-level spacing after his own shot attempts.
✅ One-leg hop-back pull-ups
✅ On-ball screen anchor recovery
✅ Shot-to-lane push in transition

excelled in a lead playmaking role, initiating and facilitating the offense with poise and advanced court vision. His ability to deliver deep corner passes in stride and dictate tempo set him apart as a true floor general. Luster showed command in every phase of the game, scoring off the bounce, creating for others, crashing the boards, and rotating into help defense. He punished mismatches with his polished mid-range game, particularly when posting up smaller guards. His footwork and body control in the paint were textbook, consistently jump-stopping and finishing off two feet with patience and feel. Arguably one of the best outlet and transition facilitators in the state, regardless of class.

Luster showcased his ability to score from all three levels. He shot the ball lights out from every spot on the court! On the other end of the court he had a huge block at the rim early in the game to help his team gain momentum. Luster seemed to be everywhere on the court. He showed up and showed out in every aspect of the game. He attacked the glass on both sides of the floor. His defense was also phenomenal. He allowed his amazing plays on the defensive side of the floor to turn into easy buckets on offense.

made an immediate impact on the boards, standing out as an exceptional rebounding guard. His ability to secure rebounds and push the ball in transition created countless fast-break opportunities for his teammates. His ball-handling was equally impressively tight, controlled, and efficient, with no wasted motion. Every dribble had purpose, whether he was navigating traffic, creating space, or driving to the basket. Luster’s scoring IQ and court awareness were evident in his shot selection. He displayed patience, rarely forcing attempts and instead reading the defense to find the best scoring option. Whether pulling up from mid-range, attacking closeouts, or using screens to get downhill, Luster consistently picked his spots wisely. His ability to adjust to defensive schemes and exploit weaknesses further demonstrated his well-rounded offensive game.

stood out as a well-rounded scorer with the potential to dominate at multiple levels. He caught my attention with his first two buckets of the game: a long-range three-pointer that hit nothing but net, followed by an on-ball takeaway on defense that led to a fastbreak inside-hand layup, giving his team their first points of the game. Luster displayed a good feel for the game and the ability to score within the flow of the offense. Luster also excelled as a glue guy, effectively contributing without always needing the ball in his hands.
