Willis is truly a jack of all trades, well above average in nearly every statistical category, particularly among backcourt positions. Quite the handful on the defensive glass, few opponents have been able to mitigate his steady impact on that end. His willingness to draw contact inside the arc allows Willis to reel in opponents, meticulously searching for the extra pass when available.

m alik was by far one of the best on ball defenders we had at Top 250 Expo yesterday afternoon, he refused to get scored on and m ade his presents felt all day. On top of that he also excelled in the half court, by attacking the rim aggressively and finishing strong at the rim .
