is a long and lengthy prospect who makes winning plays on both sides of the ball and displays good court awareness. He currently holds D1 offers from SMU, TCU, and UTEP. He had several standout performances over the summer playing for JL3 Elite and he displays a wide range of skills on offense, finishing at the basket and rotating well on defense. Playing on New Wave Academy, Malik is a problem for opposing matchups in the post and on the perimeter and continues to make a name for himself in Houston as a high-level prospect.

is a 2027 wing from New Wave Academy that showcased his versatile skills at the Texas Future Circuit. Standing at 6’8”, he effectively attacked the rim, finishing through contact and made plays in the paint. Defensively, Malik excels in making rotations from the weak side, resulting in stops on that end of the floor. His standout performance of 33 points throughout the weekend was a testament to his engagement and aggressiveness. Currently, Malik has received offers from TCU, SMU, and UTEP, indicating their interest in adding him to their roster before his senior year.

Malik was a great post player and all-around presence for his squad in the full court scrimmage games. He functioned at multiple positions on offense, doing everything from handling the ball up the floor, grabbing rebounds, and finishing in transition. He showed ability to dominate matchups one on one, get himself to the foul line, and play great paint defense at the rim. Attending New Wave Academy will be a big opportunity for Parrish when it comes to exposure and I am sure he will continue the momentum throughout the school year.
