hit big shots, nailing three three-pointers as he finished with 9 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal. After Loganville briefly lost the lead but regained it with a three, Gillespie immediately answered with a trifecta of his own to give the Bears back the lead.

Earlier in his career, Gillespie made a name for himself with his ability to make highlight plays in transition. He’s come a long way since then, adding more and more to his bag over the years. Gillespie has grown as a facilitator and he’s shown the ability to run the show when he needs to. He’s also shot it well this spring, not only hitting catch and shoot looks but converting tough jumpers on the move as well. Georgia State and UAPB have already offered.

has been a popular name in the 2026 class for a while now and he’s taken the necessary steps in his game to remain near the top of the rankings. Gillespie has built a reputation for his freaky bounce and downhill attack in transition. However, his shot creation ability has reached a new level and he’s grown much more consistent shooting it off the bounce. Gillespie currently holds an offer from Georgia State.

generated some buzz this spring while playing up with the
Warner Robins All-Stars
‘ 17u group and earned his first offer from Georgia State. Gillespie can impact both ends of the floor with his motor and athleticism, also extremely long for 6’1. His decision making and ability to finish above the rim both shine in transition. Gillespie fits the mold of a high-level role player and his scoring package will certainly grow as he’ll be asked to do a lot for Houston County over the next three years.

has had a great spring, playing up two levels with the 17u
Warner Robins All-Stars
. Gillespie has legitimate bounce, able to catch lobs and finish above the rim. He’s at his best when attacking the rim in a fast-paced game but can also shoot the three a little bit. Georgia State was the first to offer in early May.

has been stirring up a ton of chatter this spring and in my opinion, thrown himself into the top 10-15 conversation for Georgia’s 2026 class. Gillespie is a springy athlete, capable of some head-turning dunks. While he’s most lethal in a fast paced game, he’s proven the ability to knock down the open three and penetrate in the half court as well. Georgia State was the first to offer Gillespie in May and I’m sure many more will be behind them.

is a name that’s been added to plenty of big boards this spring, a springy 6’1 combo guard playing up with the 17u WR All-Stars. Gillespie is a big time athlete, able to finish above the rim and catch lobs. He’s smooth in the open court and likes to push the pace, facilitating fast breaks while defenses struggle to keep up. Georgia State was the first to offer Gillespie back in April.
