Another prospect from Wayne County in east central Indiana on Team 5, Wiley first stood out in 3-on-3 play with his confident ball handling ability. He could handle it against pressure and create enough separation to make plays. That then translated into 5-on-5 action later in the event where he would get his team into half court offense and was always willing to make the extra pass. Wiley proved himself as a hard-nosed on-ball defender as well.
