Oelhafen has taken a big step forward in his game over the past 12 months as the sweet-shooting forward is a more consistent scorer, shooter and rebounder for the Hawks. He had 11 points, eight rebounds and two nice assists from the high post in the win over Winnebago Lutheran. Oelhafen’s ability to play inside and outside are big reasons for Xavier’s success this winter. He played plenty as a junior, but has emerged as a go-to player during his senior campaign as he is averaging 15.6 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists on the season.
