Cruz showed good touch around the basket with a number of different floaters, jump hooks, and turn around jumpers in the lane. Cruz also flashed his guard skills with his perimeter shooting along side his ability to push the break and handle the ball in the open floor as well as attack his defender off the bounce in the half court. Cruz also got to the free throw line a ton due to his ability to play through contact and his impact on the offensive glass.
