His body control in mid-air was impressive, allowing him to consistently finish at the rim, often switching the ball from one hand to the other to avoid shot blockers and complete tough layups with ease.

Lau had a breakout Spring and Summer. He proved himself to be a rising prospect with a good set of guard skills. He plays a balanced game with a good understanding of what he needs to do to help his team. If it’s points he can score in different ways, he went for 30 on multiple occasions.
