He shows some real anticipation too, which allows him to skirt around his matchup at the last second. Jeffers is also a combo guard capable of scoring in bunches, and he may have a few notable scoring runs throughout the upcoming season.

He’s also capable of turning defense into offense, creating scoring opportunities in transition when he picks an opponent’s pocket. Currently, he’s averaging an impressive 16.5 PPG for Awaken Christian.

I also like how he locates the rim as he’s going full speed. In addition to play on offense, Jeffers hustles on defense and he can make deflections.

He is very creative and confident with the rock in his hands. If possible, he’ll try to blow by his opponent. He also does a nice job of locating the basket, even when he’s in traffic. On the other side of the court, he competes hard and looks to collect steals.
