Dickau didn’t put up huge numbers but he was a key energy guy for the Wildcats who ran the show and made some important shots and hustle plays. He was especially key in their win over West Valley, getting around tight defense on the perimeter and dishing out some assists from the middle. His energy was felt throughout the weekend as well, hustling for long rebounds and making some defensive stops.

Dickau is a solid, fundamental point guard who put on an all-around offensive performance this past weekend. He was precise by the hoop, using rondo’s, two-foot finishes, and both hands to finish by the hoop. He showed off good awareness to capitalize on out of position defenders, and even looked pretty good behind the arc. He’s a guy that will play a big role for the Wildcats this winter and looks ready to run the show.

Dickau probably got the least playing time of the guys on this list but his time on the floor was still impactful. He was a reliable ballhandler for the top-seeded team at the 3A tournament and plays with good awareness and some playmaking ability at the point. He’ll probably step into a more relied upon ballhandler and playmaking role next season and has already shown the craftiness to be a key contributor up top. He finds spaces to attack with the ball, can hit with floaters inside, and should help Mt Spokane make another run at state next season.
