Barron is a strong, athletic wing that led Connersville in scoring as a junior and will be a big reason why they should begin this year as a Top 10 team in Class 3A. At 6’4″, Barron has the size to finish consistently around the rim while also possessing the ball handling ability to attack closeouts and get to the basket. His three-point shot continues to improve as well and should be a legitimate weapon this season. Barron has visited Hanover College and Rose-Hulman and holds offers from both schools. As with any player coming from that program, you know Barron’s toughness and defensive ability will translate immediately to the next level. He finishes at a high level around the basket as a guy who can attack closeouts and drive it to his right hand. Barron is a good rebounder for his size, defends multiple positions and projects as a solid small college 4-man.
