Expert Analysis

Marcus Draney

Prep Hoops Scout

Beck is a transfer who brings another ball-handler and scoring option to Orem. He can get downhill, finish around the basket and shoot the three at a high level. He has made a big jump this summer excited to see this kid ball

Beck will suit up and play with Orem this coming season, and with a lot of room in the backcourt at Orem these days, Beck is going to fill in nicely. He has a good pace to the way he plays, and he shoots the ball very well. He can get by defenders, and he finds open players with his creating ability. Look for Beck to be a tempo-pushing guard who helps his team in the scoring column as well as the assist column.
