Another high-IQ player, Webb got going on Saturday and carried that momentum into Sunday with a confident, aggressive approach that saw him dominate the scoring column and generate multiple trips to the free-throw line. Levi’s perimeter shooting also showed up, but his passing and decision-making throughout the weekend may have been his biggest strengths. Playing with good feel, he consistently got teammates involved and put them in positions to succeed. Webb’s ability to both score and facilitate separated him from other guards in attendance.

Webb has been one of the top players in the state this entire season, and he put that on display last week. Papio South went into the tournament as the 6th seed, but was able to pull off a pair of upsets to reach the title game. Webb was a driving force behind that, as he plays like the engine for the Titans. He is the kind of player who can do it all and draws a lot of attention from the defense. When this happens, he does a great job of finding teammates for open looks. This was on display in the second-round matchup with perennial powerhouse Bellevue West, where he had 28 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists. I love the way he is able to get downhill and score in a variety of ways. In their 3 games, he averaged 19.7 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 5.0 apg, and 2.3 spg.
