Creighton has a very smooth release on his shot. His free throw shooting mirrored his 3-point mechanics and he was able to consistently knock down his foul shots when he got to the line. Liberty can go both right or left off the bounce and showed flashes of solid play when putting the ball on the floor to compliment his outside shooting touch.

One of the few out-of-state hoopers at the Freshman Showcase, Creighton Liberty’s first name makes a little more sense now, as he hails from Nebraska. The 5’6″ guard wasn’t an imposing physical presence, but his effort was tangible. He made a few gorgeous advance passes in transition and showed intensity as a defender.
