Will Armishaw | Prep Hoops Scout
Lamar, a guard out of Grafton High School in Massachusetts, checks in at #33 among the point guards and #233 overall. Lamar finished his career with over 1,000 points and as Grafton’s all-time leading scorer. At his best in the open floor, the 6’2″ guard does a nice job of getting a piece of the paint off the bounce and then spraying it out to shooters. He’s capable of getting all the way to the rim as a finisher and does a nice job of getting into his own scoring game in the mid-range. Defensively, he’s capable of defending the ball at the point of attack or making plays in passing lanes, utilizing his quickness and instincts. He has yet to announce his plans for the next level.
