Overton is an athletic forward with the ability to play above the rim and provide a physical presence on the interior. For this TLBA UAA squad, Overton provides a presence in the front-court that they otherwise would not have with his vertical pop and willingness to exert multiple efforts defensively to get the job done. Overton can attack the basket from the perimeter as he’s a mismatch for most guys in front of him. He possesses the coordination and body control to finish at the rim when attacking along with having the pop to finish over the defense when needed. He also brings a ton of versatility defensively with that aforementioned effort, mobility, and size at that end of the floor. Overton will be reclassifying to 2027 and heading to Moravian Prep next year where we could see his recruitment really pop as he gels in with this talented group.

An athletic wing/forward who likes to play above the rim; has shown he can be a consistent force attacking and finishing in traffic; posted 8.6 ppg, 7.6 rpg and 1.2 bpg as a junior in his first season with Mallard Creek, look for him to really come into his own in Year 2 with the Mavericks

Overton is a bouncy prospect to get to know out of Mallard Creek High making his debut in the 2026 rankings. He’s set to make quite the splash with Team Ish on the NXTPro 16 Circuit this spring/summer given his athleticism and length. He’s a prospect who flies around on both ends looking to make things happen at the rim. College programs in the region would be wise to get him on their radar.

Overton is a new face in the state of North Carolina out of Wisconsin. He made a huge splash this past weekend at the OTR GA vs NC Challenge as he showcased his talents for Team Ish . He’s an athletic forward who’s shown he can alter shots at the rim and be a presence as a stat-sheet stuffer getting rebounds, blocks and easy slams around the rim for his squad. He’s got good instincts as a rim protector and finisher with his size, length and athleticism on the floor and is quietly emerging as a name for college programs in the region to know.
