A smaller guard but one that is certainly shifty and has proven his ability to score the ball effectively, Phifer does a good job in attacking and taking what is given to him. He displays speed and quickness with his ability to create, weaving through the defense and finishing. However, he may be at his best commencing constant on the ball on defense pressure on the ball. Has the ability to get to his spots and knock down shots from multiple levels and with good range. Kevin is averaging 8 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals a game.
