About Kendrick
Expert Analysis
Devontae Cobb | Prep Hoops Scout
A defensive pest, Kendrick Carroll stayed glued to his man with his nose on the ball at all times, applying relentless pressure without fouling or giving up on the play. His active hands, anticipation, and competitive motor made him a nightmare for opposing ball handlers, as he consistently disrupted rhythm and forced mistakes. There were stretches where he produced steal after steal on consecutive possessions, instantly turning defense into offense and finishing the plays with transition layups or highlight-worthy lobs.

Kendricks an extremely quick guard with the rock in his hands. He has tight handles and feels comfortable in any situation on the floor. Carroll made sure to value every single possession in the 2nd game on Saturday. He took pride in taking care of the ball and finding the best way for his team to get a bucket. Carroll has a fluent jump shot which made the defense have to step way out and guard him. He took advantedge by attacking whoever was on him to get inside of the paint. He consistently finished strong at the rim. Carroll had a nice touch at the basket. It was impossible for any defender to stay in front of Carroll on the floor.
