Kenard Heyward Kenard Heyward Kenard Heyward 5'9" | CG Carvers Bay | 2026 State SC rounds out the stock risers in the final update of the Prep Hoops South Carolina 2026 Rankings. KK is a multi-time All-State selection at Carvers Bay High School who put up 15.6 points per game and 3.3 steals per game to help lead the Bears to a 20-win season and an appearance in the Lower State Championship Game. Heyward may play at a small school, but he has proved year after year that he is a winning player and a high-level athlete.

Heyward is the second Carvers Bay Bear who made the Class 1A All-State Team. He was a multi-time All-State selection on the hardwood, but he’s also a standout football player for the school. He tallied over 15 points a game and had experience that was crucial to the Bears’ run to the Lower State Championship Game.
