Wood was a blast to watch this weekend. He brought non stop energy to the court and was all over the place on defense. Anytime a play needed to be made, he was right there making it happen. He went all out diving for loose balls and did all the gritty work down low that doesn’t always show up on the stat sheet. His positioning for rebounds was spot-on, and he stayed super active when opponents drove the lane—always keeping his hands moving and poking the ball loose. He was just one of those guys who made an impact everywhere

Wood was all hustle all weekend with a motor that just never stopped. His handles were wild too, constantly shaking defenders and leaving them in the dust. He shot the ball really well from everywhere, but that 12-15 foot range was his sweet spot and was super reliable from there. What really stood out was how locked in he was every second he was on the floor. Loose balls, rebounds, 50/50 plays—Wood was diving, scrapping, and battling for every single one. Bottom line is that the kid plays tough, isn’t afraid to get dirty, and does whatever it takes to help his team win
