At 6-foot-3 with an elite wingspan, Johnson flashed tremendous vertical pop and timing as a rim protector. He contested and erased shots at the point of attack, meeting opposing bigs chest-to-chest and staying disciplined to get all ball. His length and athleticism allowed him to be a deterrent in the paint and a disruptive presence around the rim.
