About Keiji
Expert Analysis
Kevin Daniels | Prep Hoops Scout
He used a shot fake and attacked the rim, then secured an offensive rebound in traffic and found a cutter for an easy layup. He provided solid post defense that led to a turnover, knocked down a spot‑up three from the left corner, and hit a baseline jumper. He later added another left corner catch and shoot three. Throughout the game, he continued to play hard regardless of the score.

The 6-foot-6 Kentucky transplant has led Forrest Hills with 18.7 points a game and is second in rebounding on the team. He also is arguably the team’s best shooter, hitting a shade over three a game (again-team leading). What does that all mean? That the sophomore forward has been highly productive this season. As the #5 seed,FH will have to get past an Epic South group that knocked off Cardinal Hayes last month- but this could be the start of Clifton’s coming out party

Keiji has impressed in a couple of viewings and looks the part of a potential sleeper in the class. He is skilled and has good positional size and has shown a good IQ for the game. There are times when his motor isn’t running full speed but he could grow out of that. Keep an eye on Clifton as a potential impact player in Louisville.
