Kazimir Zajchowski is a 15-year-old basketball player from Rochester, Michigan, attending Rochester Adams High School. I'd describe myself as hardworking, disciplined, and competitive. I stay focused on improving every day and I don't back down from challenges. I'm also a team-first player- take pride in doing whatever is needed to help the team win, whether that's defense, shooting, or bringing energy.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've developed a strong sense of teamwork and discipline. On the court, I know my role as a defender and shooter, and I take pride in doing the little things that help my team win. Off the court, l've learned resilience through setbacks, and I try to lead by example by staying focused and encouraging teammates to push through challenges.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, l've faced challenges with injuries from growing fast. At times it's been frustrating being sidelined, but it taught me patience, discipline with recovery, and the importance of working on the mental side of the game. I think it made me tougher and more grateful for every opportunity to be on the court.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm open to any type of college as long as I can keep developing, contribute to the team, and get a good education. I just want a place where I can work hard and grow.
