Must-stop-the-ball type of guard immediately when it’s in his hands, someone you can’t allow to create off the dribble or he’ll put you in the spin cycle and next thing you know he’s at the rim.

is one of the quicker guards off the dribble for the Tarheels. He found himself in favorable isolation situations on offense multiple occasions where he could use quickness and speedy dribble combos to find his way to a quick layup or create his own shot off the dribble from all three levels. Buggs got to the foul stripe at an efficient rate and converted on multiple occasions, helping his team at critical times in the game.
