Manuel is a rising prospect to know at West Forsyth, making his debut at No. 37 in the 2027 rankings market correction. He was a new face in the Titans’ backcourt and a big reason for their success as they finished 26-4 and an appearance in the third round of the NCHSAA 4A State Playoffs. He produced 10.2 points, 5.1 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 2.7 steals per contest in his sophomore year. Manuel is quite the playmaking guard who can make an impact in a number of ways. Look for him to be a name to know in the Cap City Clutch rotation in the PhenomHoops League.
