Originally from Uganda… Given how much he’s trended up over the recent months, his incredible production on the international level was somewhat expected. Kagaba is a strong, explosive, well-rounded piece who can impact the game in a variety of different ways. Kagaba hit jumpers, attacked off the bounce, and applied excellent pressure in transition. His strong body and powerful athleticism allow him to regularly finish through contact or above the rim. Kagaba is a good rebounder and defender who anticipates well to force turnovers. Next in his development process is working on getting quicker, as it would make him a more dynamic player. Kagaba scores the ball comfortably from 12 feet and in and is really good in transition. I liked the way he rebounded and defended with energy. Using his length very well. Kagaba has the potential to make a lasting impression with his play at West Nottingham School.
