Kade is a long 6’3 and uses his length very well. He’s a multi sport athlete that excels in both sports.
Rebounds well for his position, uses his body and length to pull the board down
Has a nice shot from deep
Cut’s and slashes well
Shows patience off the ball in finding his spots he’s most effective

Kade is a starting wing for Spearfish’s varsity. He’s a long-armed 6’3” floor spacer from deep range. He absolutely cannot be left open or given space. A high and quick release — and he can flick it from well beyond the three-point line — without adjusting his shooting mechanics. If he expands his offensive game by being able to put the ball on the floor through traffic and create, he’d be even higher up the rankings board. He works hard to defend and to stay in front and contest shooters. A legitimate rebounding guard/wing that has two double-digit rebounding games already.
21 points vs Pierre – 6-8 from three – 3 steals – 1 block
vs Aberdeen Central – 10 rebounds
vs Bell Fourche – 10 points – 12 rebounds

We’re way too low on Vavruska as his ranking stands. But that will change in the next update, and I think he’s a top 15-20 prospect in the 2027 class.

I think Vavruska takes a big leap in his Sophomore season after having varsity experience for Spearfish as a Freshman. He’s a long wing that can setup and be a knockdown shooter from three. If he takes the next step as an attacker from the perimeter, he could be tough to handle. One of the top up-and-coming AA prospects. He played a little tentative as a Freshman, and if he takes on a scorer’s mindset, he will be put on notice.
