Expert Analysis
Carey Smith | Prep Hoops Scout
After his outstanding runs at the Pitt Jam Fest, we are not surprised that Armstrong was a top performer at this past weekend’s Jersey Jam Fest. Two things really popped about Armstrong’s play in New Jersey with PSB Philly. The first was his ability to blow past his defender, get unto the paint and then score or pass off two feet. His footwork and poise on those plays was impressive. The second item was Armstrong’s ability to hit step back and fadeaways from deep as well as in the mid-range. Plus, Armstrong did a fantastic job of pushing the rock in the open court for scores and assists. This floor general is prospect college coach should be texting immediately
