A new name on the scene stateside, Kemm has been building a reputation internationally over the past several years as one of the more dynamic downhill guards in the class. The southpaw and native of Brazil is still in the process of acclimating to the U.S. but showed promising flashes with his explosive first step and herky-jerky footwork in the lane. He came off the bench as an instant spark who defenders consistently struggled to keep in front. With significant mid-major interest already in tow, Kemm could push toward high-major territory with continued growth as a decisionmaker and perimeter shooter.
