Washington, a senior wing out of Grasso Technical High School, has a chance to lead the state in scoring this winter. An impressive athlete, the 6’5″ wing can get a basket anywhere on the floor, particularly in the paint where his combination of size, athleticism, and touch stands out. He does a nice job of moving without the basketball and makes shots both in the mid-range and from behind the arc. Defensively, his length poses problems in passing lanes and around the rim as a shot blocker.
