The increasingly well-rounded forward was effective using his size to finish efficiently near the rim and also impressed as a self-created scorer off the bounce. The flashes of pullup shooting to go along with his floor-spacing off the catch point to an intriguing upside, leaving no wonder why several D1 programs are currently vying for Skoric’s services.

Skoric showcased some of his guard skills— putting the ball on the floor and getting to the rim both attacking closeouts in the halfcourt and in open floor scenarios while also showing he can consistently knock down outside shots. Skoric also tapped into his back to the basket game, showcasing his scoring and playmaking ability out of the low post. Defensively, Skoric used his length to be an effective rebounder and shot blocker.

Behind strong scoring performances all weekend, JP Skoric JP Skoric 6'8" | PF/SF Don Bosco Prep | 2026 State NJ showcased an interesting combination of a polished offensive skillset and mobility at his size. Skoric demonstrated his ability to consistently knock down outside shots, bully smaller defenders in the low post, and put the ball on the floor and get to the basket. Skoric also flashed his playmaking ability— making the right reads out of low post double teams and DHO’s. With impressive length, Skoric also got busy on both the offensive and defensive glass and displayed good instincts as a shot blocker.
