Phanor, a 6’2″ guard for Pinketon, displayed the ability to score it in bunches in the second half, helping his team to pull away for the title. A long and athletic guard, the sophomore was quiet in the first half before really turning it on after intermission. He elevates nicely into his jumper and has a high release point, allowing him to get it off over most defenders. He showed the ability to operate as a secondary playmaker, did a nice job of attacking closeouts off the bounce, and wasn’t afraid to mix it up in traffic on the defensive glass.
