About Jordan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a combo guard that can handle the ball without turning it over, shoot the 3 and mid-range pull-up, get to the basket in a variety of ways, see the floor with a high IQ to get my teammates involved. I want to guard the other teams best player each night, and do whatever I need to do to help my team win.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a strong and "next play" mentality, and have confidence in my game because of the hard work I put in the gym everyday. I am an outgoing person, that enjoys getting to know others, being an encourager, and someone others can depend on when needed.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in FCA, National Honors Society, and have received academic awards during my freshman and sophomore year.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I believe I have great leadership skills as I Iead by example by working hard in the classroom and on the court. I have been team captain (sophomore season), and a vocal leader throughout my playing career. I push others to be their best and hold myself and teammates accountable. I want to win more than I want individual accomplishments. I enjoy helping others out when the opportunity arises.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I don't call these challenges, but maybe disbelievers, those people that have doubted my skills and talent on the court. So I have the attitude that I am out to prove those doubters wrong and show the world I can compete with the best.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would like to attend a college that has a great fan base support for their basketball team. Basketball is my life and I love it and want to be around others that have that same passion. As for academics I haven't really decided on what I want to major in, but enjoy the business world.
