About Jordan
Expert Analysis
Andrew Baxley | Prep Hoops Scout
One of the more intriguing long-term prospects who took the floor in Columbia was McGahee. Jordan struggled with foul trouble early in the season opener, but flashed his potential in the second half, where he scored all 11 points. Those flashes included two highlight-reel, off-the-dribble, mid-range jumpers. At 6’6″, even when defenders are able to keep him from driving into the paint, McGahee can pull up over them and hit difficult, well-contested shots at a high rate. Jordan also has excellent athleticism, which usually results in him making plays on both ends of the floor.
