How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

6’7 versatile forward who impacts the game on both ends. High motor rebounder, runs the floor hard, finishes through contact, and protects the rim. Plays unselfish basketball with strong defensive instincts and improving perimeter skill set. Leader, competitor, and consistent producer.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

High-character competitor who leads by example. Coachable, disciplined, and team-first. Brings consistent energy, embraces tough assignments, and stays composed under pressure. Focused on daily improvement and doing whatever helps the team win.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Focused primarily on basketball and academics. Maintains strong academic standing while actively participating in team leadership and community engagement opportunities.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Developed strong leadership and teamwork skills through being a captain and consistent contributor. Learned how to communicate effectively, stay accountable, and support teammates in high-pressure situations. Built discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic both on and off the court.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Faced the challenge of adjusting to new environments and roles while continuing to develop physically and skill-wise. Learned how to stay patient, embrace coaching, and focus on long-term growth instead of short-term results. That experience strengthened resilience, adaptability, and mental toughness.

What type of college are you looking for?

Looking for a college where I can compete at a high level, continue developing my skills, and be part of a strong team culture. I value a coaching staff that invests in player development and academics, and a program where I can grow both on and off the court.

Stokes is a new face in the Combine Academy rotation to keep an eye on this season in the 2027 class. He’s a wiry prospect at 6-foot-6 who’s shown he can operate at a number of different positions as he continues to make a name for himself. He’s due for a breakout-type season in the class at his position.
