Riverside has got off to a great start this year at 5-0. There are a lot of players on this Riverside team that can contribute on any given night. One guy who will always impact the game whether or not he’s scoring is Joell Basue. Joell is the ultimate energizer and can guard the opposing team’s best player. Joelle is fantastic in transition and is a fantastic offensive rebounder. Joelle averaged 16 PPG this week and was great on the glass.

Riverside is a team that I have talked about a lot this summer because I think they have a lot of under-the-radar players who fit very well together. Joell Basue Joell Basue 6'2" | PF Riverside | 2025 State VA is one of my favorite players, and he is the perfect example of a glue guy. You are getting elite perimeter defense and nonstop energy. Joell is a strong and a fantastic athlete. He’s not much of a shooter, but when he gets out in transition, he does well. Joelle rebounds well and plays much bigger than he is. Joell will fill the stat sheet, and he does what his team needs from him to win.
