-Beal has been up and down in spots for Good Counsel this season but has a nice blend of skills and great positional size to be a prospect for college coaches to track in 2026 if he can develop more consistency game-to-game. A good athlete that is learning to attack the rack more assertively when he catches in the high post or on the perimeter, he usually can get something going to the basket or draw a foul to put pressure on the defense. Want to see louder communication and more consistent intensity from him on the defensive side of the ball as one of the taller wings on the roster because he can really make an impact as a switchable wing that can cover for his guards on blow-by’s to the rim. Really intriguing prospect with some upside.

We wrote about Beal in both our WCAC Preview and our GC Open gym visit but he’s shown some flashes as a wing prospect with a a balanced skillset that remained unranked in our last update. He’s playing more assertively with his drives off the bounce, C+S looks from the elbow, and both on or off the ball defense as a versatile wing that can guard multiple spots. With several key pieces graduating, there will be more opportunity for him to earn extended minutes for longer stretches that will allow him to settle into the flow of the game and show what he can do.
