The sharpshooting junior out of Win-E-Mac made his presence felt in the opening game of the day. He was letting it fly from the opening minute, knocking down a handful of threes throughout the game. It didn’t take long for the defense to realize he was a shooter, and he did a nice job of adjusting to blow by some hard closeouts and get to the rim. Showed he can curl off of a screen and quickly get his shot off before his defender can catch up to him. In what was a close game down the stretch, Joe hit two shots late in the game and hit a pair of free throws to help secure the win for his team.

He is a complete star in high school hoops and Joe is hooping like a rockstar this spring. He has already scored over 1K points and has two years of HS ball left. I am a big fan of Mr. Courneya’s game. He has a great feel for the game with natural bball instincts. He is a deadeye shooter who plays calm, cool, and collected. I like his skill level and soft touch shooting. Joe is a must-watch offensive player this weekend at the Finals.
