An electric athlete with a tight handle, Ruffin is a tough customer when he’s getting downhill. He explodes through contact, but also has a finesse touch on his floater. Jeremiah’s motor and fast-twitch reflexes allow him to make plays all over. He tallied 11 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals and 1 block in an OT loss.

Ruffin has the complete package, all the necessary tools you look for in a great 2-guard. He shoots the three well, can finish through contact around the bucket, and defends at a high level. He should be one of the top dogs for 1st-year program Team Scoot this spring. Murray St, Old Dominion, and Clayton St have already offered.
