has been a constant in the Manning backcourt for years and is one of the more experienced guards in the class. Ceasar averaged over 17 Points Per Game and 3 Assists Per Game in 2023-24 while crossing over the 1,000 Point mark for his career. He is very fast with the ball in his hands seeking to push the pace after all missed shots and turnovers. Jeffrey has a knack for beating defenders off the dribble due to his quickness, but he is also crafty with his handle. Ceasar can split double teams, crossover in the open floor, and has polished footwork around the rim. Jeffrey is also a standout for the Monarchs on the football field.
