Robinson showed out as a sophomore at Fitch, proving to be one of Connecticut’s top scorers. He’s efficient in the halfcourt and electric in transition, utilizing his speed and quickness to make an impact on the game as both a scorer and facilitator. He’s not afraid to seek out contact in the paint and does a great job of utilizing floaters to finish over length around the rim. He can change directions quickly and does a nice job as a passer of finding cutters going to the rim. Defensively, he proved to be a standout on-ball defender, with impressive hands and great lateral movement, he’s one of the top steal generators in the class. He gives great effort on that end of the floor and can turn defense into easy offense in the blink of an eye. Combining with Goode, he forms one of the top up and coming backcourts around and should have Fitch in contention for a title this winter.
