Delaney is a long, athletic guard that impressed on both ends of the floor. Offensively he primarily played in the lead guard role as a facilitator. He had multiple nice kick-outs for open shots when he penetrated off of the bounce in 5-on-5 play. Then, defensively, his positional length allowed him to get some deflections and help on the defensive glass.
