Sawyer moves up the 2026 rankings in the latest update as he returns as a name to know on the NCHSAA 1A stage given his activity in the painted area and around the rim. He’s a 6-foot-4 forward prospect who put up 11 double-doubles in 2023-24 as a sophomore and averaged 6.6 blocks per game. His athleticism and strength in the paint make him a prospect for DII and DIII programs in the region to see. We’ll get a closer look at him this fall.
