Long and athletic 4 or 5 man that has good versatility. Uses length effectively to challenge shots near the rim or be a defending threat in the passing lane. Was utilized in trapping situations on D and really made O play at an uncomfortable pace. Had a couple take-a-ways in the back court using his length and quickness. Consistently stayed aggressive with solid verticality around the rim. Will crash the glass on offense and is willing to take charges. Plays with a lot of energy.

Jaxson is making his case for SEC player of the year this season, and last night was another statement game as the senior forward finished with 20 points, 15 rebounds, and 4 assists in a win over Oak Creek. His physical attributes and motor allow him to dominate on the glass, as he simply works harder than opposing forwards. Does a nice job of high pointing the ball, and has the strength to secure missed shots in traffic. Offensively he doesn’t try to do too much, and instead works for high percentage looks around the rim by running hard in transition, fighting for offensive boards, and rolling hard to the rim.
