About Jaxon

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Made my name by being a lock down defender,& a level 3 scorer in the 15th region. I’ve put a lot of work into the offensive side of my game the last 2years. Im a well rounded, complete player- competitive, I play physical. I have been told that I play with grit and determination!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

an underdog mentality, but the good thing about that is most people want to see the underdog win. I’m a fun loving guy who stays calm,cool,& collected while I’m on the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

FCA, FCLA, skills USA, spirit team, Campus 121, STLP, unite, SADD, KYA.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Leadership and accountability for myself and my own actions.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes. The more recent 1– leaving my previous High School at the end of Junior year. My whole family, & I relocated to a new town, and a new school. I made their team,& played 2-3 summer games with them, before my Mawmaw got sick,& needed someone to stay with her. I moved in with her, and I am going to school at my home town, in Belfry,KY, and I’m now thriving under my new Coach Brent Perry

Estridge is in the midst of a breakout that started this summer and has yet to slow down. Jaxon is a good athlete who can shoot the ball well and can absorb contact on his way to the rim. Entering the rankings for the first time, Jaxon starts at 60th overall.
