Eisele is what every coach wants out of their players, consistency, and hustle. Jason has not good but has great size at the SG position allowing him to disrupt defenders that try to get by him. He seems to have a nose for the ball as gets multiple steals a game causing the opponents to try and defer away from him because of his physical presence on the defensive end. Eisele makes his team better because of his ability to shoot behind the arc allowing for lots of pick-and-pop and kick-out opportunities. Eisele just had his best game of the season scoring 20 points vs Morristown.
