He can move like a guard at 6’9 and he is strong. With the ability to displace players when he has his back to the basket is impressive. He can put the ball on the floor and he has a soft touch out in the perimeter on his shot. He is a low risk and high reward player in this class.

The big fella has size and he is mobile. He is a 4 at the right school and the right level. He has moves with the ball in his hands off the bounce. Carter has soft hands and a soft touch around the rim. His ceiling is still high.

He is one of the most impactful player that can dominate the game and not only score but get other players open with his presence. He can grab it and go coast to coast. One of the most improved players in the state and he should make a high debut in our final rankings update. This kid is strong and he moves like a guard. He has shown he can move and defend the littles and he has also shown that he can hold his own against some of the bigger boys in the state as well. With his height and strength and the ceiling he has to improve his game he would be a solid 3 man at the highest level in time.

Are you looking for an off the radar big that can stretch the floor and run the floor, well you need to pay attention to this kid over at Provo High School. Carter has been playing out of his mind and he has even dropped a few 30 point games already and it seems like he is just getting started. He is not a flimsy 6’10 he is a solid big that will only add more dimensions to his game. This kid could be a big time steal.
