It’s been a difficult season for Northwood as the Evergreens have lost 13 of 17 outings thus far. But Schultz has been a bright spot for coach Jackson Terry’s squad as he is averaging 28.9 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists. The 6-foot-2 guard has been a strong performer in each of the past four seasons at Northwood as he currently sits at 1,712 career points. He went for 47 points in a 61-56 win over Bruce in early January, making 16-of-18 shots from the field, 12-of-15 from the line and three-of-four from the line. Also a star football player, Schultz announced recently he plans to continue his grid career next fall at UW-River Falls.
