, Kraft gives Shanley one of the more intriguing perimeter duos in the EDC. The question for the Deacons will be who else steps up around them. Depth and interior size are concerns, but their ability to stretch the floor with shooting could keep them competitive on any given night. If Kraft can stay consistent and embrace a larger role, he has the chance to be a difference-maker. This might just be the year we see him fully break out and lift Shanley to some statement wins.

He played JV (started some) and also logged a few minutes of varsity action. Kraft is known as a shooter and it is easy to see why. His jumper is pure and his release is quick. He is smooth on the court and plays with a shooters mentality. Kraft does not need much room to get his jumper off. He plays with confidence and he knows how to space the floor. If you like shooters, keep eyes on Jake. In the future I see him as a zone-buster and a consistent 3-point shooter for multiple years to come.

He is a confident shooter that played on one of the top AAU teams in the Midwest this summer. I like the looks of his jump shot off the dribble and the catch. Very soon Jake will be making his own highlight videos! The young Kraft looks to have a bright future in hoops. The Deacons coaching staff has to be excited about Jake!
