He excelled at changing gears and keeping defenders off-balance. When penetrating the lane, he showed the ability to pass out of traffic or finish inside with floaters. His footwork allowed him to stop on a dime and instinctively rise up for a shot. Guillen knew how to read defenders, often noticing when the big man drops back, leading to his pull-up mid-range jumper. Despite his height and size, Jaiden has a skill set as a point guard that will translate effectively against more physically gifted guards at higher levels, thanks to his high basketball IQ and feel for the game.
